3 of 3 people found the following review helpful Truck Routes, April 3, 2011 By This review is from: WorldNav 5200 Automobile Portable GPS Navigator (Electronics) 2 months ago I purchased WorldNav 5200 and put it into my semi-trailer. It took me several days to figure out the worldnav tricks and options. I am finally happy. I called 1-888-teletype couple of times and tech support always was very helpful. I think it is a good company and products is excellent for truck drivers.
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful Truck Maps with GPS, February 23, 2012 This review is from: WorldNav 5200 Automobile Portable GPS Navigator (Electronics) I decided to Step-up to the WorldNav 7400 from my old Garmin. This is one of my
better decisions. I like the size and volume on the GPS.
There are tons of goodies on the GPS.
1st they have nice looking maps that I can scale anyway I want plus they have autozoom. You get warnings when you approach curves and arrow shows the curve exactly as it looking. If you set Worldnav to Autozoom then after you scale it will come back after 15 seconds back to the same scale but if you take autozoom off the scale will stay.
WorldNav Shows States borders and have odometers that can show me how many miles I drove in each state. All road categories are different colors and roads you are not suppose to be a pink color. Routes on WorldNav calculated fast. From Philadelphia to San Diego takes less then 40 seconds.

I have compared several GPS devices for Truck and decided to purchase WorldNav not only because they were the first one to put GPS for Truck Drivers but also because many good reviews and best pricing.
The package from WorldNav comes complete. There is a power adaptor for the wall and cigarette lighter, suction cup and screen protector.
The version on the GPS was up-to-date. When I called to check on the latest version it was nice to hear that answer was given to me by a tech support person and not by a operator from another country.
Features:
SUPERB TRUCK ROUTES
Truck routes you can see before you start the trip and you can also choose preplanning. Via point routing is also available.
LANE ASSIST
Graphics showing latest you need to be on is coming up on time. Junction views with 3D showing but not as often as I... Read more
